"The One" is a song by American R&B recording artist Tamar Braxton. Written by Braxton, Christian Ward, Shaunice Lasha Jones, LaShawn Daniels, the song also contains a portion of the The Notorious B.I.G.'s "Juicy", written by Sean Combs, Jean-Claude Oliver, Christopher Wallace, Kevin Erondu, the song also samples Juicy Fruit by Mtume. On Thursday, May 30, 2013 (during an episode of Braxton Family Values), A music video for "The One" was released on Tamar's VEVO account. A pregnant Tamar Braxton enjoys the day in the Santa Monica Pier in the music video for "The One" with her on-screen man Darrell Allamby. The clip was directed by Gil Green. It currently has over 12 million views as of August 2015.
